The term 'CaraxanthinDiet.com' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is located in American Fork, UT. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
We have an unconditional 30 day return period. If a shipping fee is charged it is non-refundable. 4 bottles is $237, 3 bottles $197, 2 bottles $147, and 1 bottle $87. Shipping is free for most packages or 7.95.
You MUST contact us before sending anything back. Any packages that come back without our knowledge will be refused. We are always here to help you so please contact us at the first sign of a stall or issue. Contacting us at the end of a round and saying you had problems does not work. We have solutions for every situation but you must contact us so we know what's going on and so we can help.
All refunds must be issued to the same card you used to order. If ordering multiple bottles you may only open one of them and the rest must be sealed to qualify for a return on an order of multiple items. Any product other than Caraxanthin must be sealed to qualify for a return.
If a client wishes to return items or cancel an order before it has reached them we reserve the right to deny that request. Every order that leaves our possession must be destroyed upon return whether or not the safety seal has been broken. So a 25% return fee will be issued in those cases where the order was cancelled before it reached the customer.
For orders outside the US, please make sure you check with your postal regulations to see if you get mail from the United States Postal Service. We ship to just about every country and our packages arrive, even if it does take longer, but if a package gets lost or is seized by your countries customs we are not liable and there's nothing we can do. It has never happened but if you are outside of the USA then that is the risk you agree to take on by ordering from our site. Contact us if you have questions and we will work it out with you.
